Kyle Groves
CEO
Kyle Groves serves as CEO for School Facility Solution and is known for his strengths in underwriting complex transactions, evaluating and managing risk, and for his ability to set up companies and position resources for success. Kyle is also serves as the CEO of Blue Heel Development, and prior to Blue Heel Kyle was involved as a partner and investor in multiple real estate finance companies, including Carolina Private Lending, the American Association of Private Lending, and RBA Capital. Kyle received his M.B.A. from Duke University and his B.S.B.A. from Georgetown University.
Julie Gavaghan
Lead Developer
Julie is a highly regarded real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in commercial, industrial, and residential development, along with general brokerage and property management. In addition to serving as the Lead Developer for School Facility Solutions, Julie is Vice President of Development for Blue Heel Development and leads all commercial development efforts for the company. During her career, Julie has completed projects ranging from charter schools, to large master planned communities, to over two million square feet of commercial development in the major markets of Research Triangle Park, NC and the surrounding areas of San Jose, CA.
Matt Gallagher
Developer
Matt is a seasoned expert with over 15 years of real estate experience in the greater Charlotte area. Matt has worked on projects ranging from large, master planned single-family, townhome, and condominium communities to traditional neighborhood developments with mixed-use components. Matt is highly skilled at building relationships that garner new opportunities. He oversees the entitlement and development process, along with the sales and marketing efforts for the Charlotte office.
Bill Worsley
Business Development
Bill brings almost 30 years of experience in the real estate and finance industries to the School Facility Solutions team. He is a visionary leader with strengths in business development, creative strategy, raising capital, and building great teams. In addition to School Facility Solutions, Bill is co-founder of Blue Heel Development LLC, and prior to Blue Heel he was involved as a partner and investor in multiple real estate finance companies, including Carolina Private Lending and The South Street Group LLC. Bill is a 1990 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Ben McCrary
Project Manager
Ben brings more than a decade’s worth of experience in real estate development and land planning throughout the southeast region. Ben has managed numerous creative and complex projects involving residential, mixed-use, commercial, and industrial sites. His experience spans both the private and public sectors, including his service with the Town of Davidson from 2010-2014. This background gives Ben keen insight on navigating the entire project lifecycle from initial visioning to successful implementation.
Brooke White
Project Manager
Brooke is responsible for due diligence investigations, business plan development and sales forecasts. She also assists with project accounting and scheduling, contract administration, HOA coordination and architectural review. Brooke has worked in the commercial and residential real estate industry for over 10 years. She has a strong foundation in due diligence, site development, contract administration, commercial leasing, residential sales and property management. Brooke received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from UNC Chapel Hill.
